This is a neat - regrettably single but nevertheless not that easily found! - 'tailor-made'- (ie. 'privately-purchased'-) pattern, neatly 'cyphered' WH (Heeres) early-war period- (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern and/or: rounded-styled) NCO-type shoulderstrap (ie. 'Schulterstück für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Unterfeldwebel des Panzerjäger-Abteilungs 5' (or: junior-sergeant who served within the anti-tank- ie. tank-destroyers' unit, numbered: '5') and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. moderately used- and most certainly worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed- ie. 'cut-off'-), condition. The neat strap - which has the 'standard'-pattern, darker-green-coloured and/or 'smooth woolen'- (ie. 'boiled wool'-) based 'upperdeck' and that measures approximately 10,4 cms. in length - shows the neat bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap - that shows the typical silverish-grey-toned NCO-braid attached - comes mounted onto its functional tongue. The strap shows a white-silver-toned- (regular-sized-, Gothic-styled and/or: 'Buntmetall'-based) so-called: 'P'-'cypher' (ie. 'Ziffer'), equally constructed '5'-numeral and single pip period-attached (as can be seen on the pictures). Of interest is, moreover, the fact that the NCO who wore this strap was presumably promoted from 'Unteroffizier' to: 'Unterfeldwebel': the (loosely) attached, horizontally-mounted 'stripe' of NCO-braid corroborates this (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap only shows moderate wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat - and most certainly desirable! - NCO-type, 'Panzerjäger'-related shoulderstrap for a justified price!
