Superb - and unusually found! - bright-golden-toned, WH (LW) 'WH-DA der 1. Stufe' (for 25 years of loyal-service) that came mounted onto its (pre-confectioned) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') showing a detailed (golden-toned) LW-eagle-device attached

This is a very attractive - and actually not that easily encountered! - example of a bright-golden-toned - and truly frosted! - WH (Luftwaffe) so-called: 'WH-Dienstauszeichnung der 1. Stufe' (as was intended for 25 years of loyal-service) that came mounted onto its (pre-confectioned) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') and that shows a detailed (golden-toned) eagle-device attached and that comes as issued and/or recently found. The attractive - and untouched! - air-force service-award was surely issued and worn as such (as can be seen on the pictures). The detail on both medal and eagle-device is still very nice and/or truly pronounced as to be expected: both have never been cleaned nor polished and have a very nice ie. truly somewhat 'frosted' age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). The award came - as stated above - firmly-attached onto its period piece of typically-folded, blue-coloured ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') that still retaoms its copper-toned clip for easy tunic-attachment. The award shows only minimal staining and wear, simply caused by decades of careful storage only. Simply a very attractive example of a scarcely found WH (Luftwaffe)-related 'Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung 1. Klasse für 25 Jahre Dienstzeit': it will be difficult to upgrade this attractive specimen!
