Superb, RAD (ie.'Reichsarbeitsdienst') so-called: 'Dienstauszeichnung 4. Stufe für Männer' (as was intended for 4 years loyal-service) that comes stored in its (scarcely seen!) light-brown-coloured box ie. etui

The very attractive award - being of the 'light-weight'- (ie. I deem aluminium-based-) version - truly retains gorgeous details and has a great ie. only minimally darkened- ie. tarnished age-patina: it retains all of its fairly 'glossy'- and/or: darker-bronze-toned finish and has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished. The piece comes mounted onto its period-shortened piece (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') of cornflower-blue coloured ribbon (which is neatly folded and measures approximately 9,2 cms. in length). The ribbon still retains its copper-toned 'clip' (mounted for easily wearing the piece on a tunic). The award came stored in its (actually very scarcely seen!) typical light-brown-coloured box (ie. etui) which comes in an equally nicely preserved condition. This 2-pieced etui is totally undamaged and shows the silver-coloured '4'-designation printed on its top: it is just a tiny bit stained (as can be seen on the pictures). This particular award comes in a wonderful condition and will be very hard (ie. impossible!) to be upgraded. Simply a very attractive - and totally untouched! - example of a boxed: 'RAD-Dienstauszeichnung 4. Stufe für Männer' that is accordingly priced: one of the nicest such examples I ever had on offer for quite some time!
