Attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless scarcely found! - 'Polizei' (ie. police) officers'-type shoulderboard as was executed in 'brown-striped', silver-toned 'braid' as was intended for usage by a: 'Sonderführer (M) der Polizei'

The truly attractive shoulderboard - which is constructed from the typical bright-green-coloured, 'smooth-type' (ie. moleskin-like-) wool and having the silver toned- and typical, darker-brown-striped so-called: 'braid-based' upperdeck - comes in an excellent condition overall and is hard to be upgraded: the board was possibly issued but never worn and came as recently found. The board is just a tiny bit 'tarnished' simply caused by decades of storage and came mounted onto its thin-shaped (officers'-type) tongue (as can be seen on the pictures). The neat shoulderboard - which measures approximately 11 cms. in length - never had any pip(s) attached denoting the 'Sonderführer'-rank comparable with that of a: 'Major' as can be seen on the pictures. It should be noted that all (police) 'Sonderführer'-related shoulderboards can easily be graded 'very scarce'. Too bad that it is only a single example!
