This is an attractive - fully matching and actually truly scarcely encountered! - pair of later-war-period, so-called: 'M44'-pattern, 'simplified' WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: junior-sergeant who served within the infantry-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. I deem only minimally used- and/or worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11 cms. in length each as more often seen - have the neat, white-coloured and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these later-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstraps are constructed following the typical '1944 cloth-minimising production-manner', using different shades of wool and/or material (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps have the 'standard'-issue- (ie. silverish-yellow-coloured- ie. somewhat sub-dued) NCO-braid period-attached and come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues. It should be noted that all 'M44'-pattern, NCO-type straps are actually quite hard to find and can easily be graded 'scarce': even more so when they are piped in the desirable, white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour. Simply an attractive - and/or fully 'text-book'! - M44-pattern NCO-type 'Infanterie'-pair that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen'!
