This is a truly very attractive - and/or fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. pre-) war-period, so-called: 'M36'-pattern (pointed-styled), 'cyphered' enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps (being a pair having no branchcolour ie. piping as per regulation) as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 68' (or: simple soldier who served within the infantry-regiment, numbered: '68') and that comes in overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which are both approximately 11,6 cms. sized in length as more often - have the 'standard-pattern' and/or: darker-green-coloured- (woolen-based) 'upperdecks' and have as stated above no piping nor branchcolour attached: they are of the 'generic pattern' (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderstraps show the neat, white-coloured and/or machine-embroidered: '6'- and '8'-numerals ie. 'Ziffern' (which are both executed in so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' as to be expected). The pair comes mounted onto its original tongues and does show some minimal age-, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and quite early- (ie. pre-) war-period, 'Heeres' EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 68': I deem that I have priced this attractive pair accordingly!
