Attractive, WH (Heeres) officers'-pattern, visor-cap eagle (ie. 'Schirmmützenadler für Offiziere des Heeres') being a neatly hand-embroidered example that presumably originates from a private tailor-shop

This is an attractive - and actually unusually encountered! -WH (Heeres) officers'-pattern, visor-cap eagle (ie. 'Schirmmützenadler für Offiziere des Heeres') being a neatly hand-embroidered example that comes mounted onto a typical darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based background and that comes in a moderately used- (ie. I deem once cap-attached-), condition. This - with certainty 'high-quality'-produced example - is executed in multi-toned, silverish 'braid' onto a 'smooth'-type, woolen- and/or darker-green-coloured background and has an approximate 'wingspan' of 6,2 cms.: it is, not additionally 'backed' but is executed on a piece of 'buckram'-based material (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem that this is a typical 'privately-purchased' example that was period-acquired in a tailor-shop. Simply an attractive - and most certainly not that easily encountered! - piece of WH (Heeres) related, officers'-pattern visor-cap-insignia that would nicely fit to restore any officers'-type visor-cap!
