Bright-silver-toned WH (Heeres o. KM): 'WH-Dienstauszeichnung der 2. Stufe' (as was intended for 18 years of loyal-service) that comes together with its period ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') having a detailed eagle-device period-attached

This is an attractive - and actually not that easily encountered! - example of a bright-silver-toned, WH (Heeres o. Kriegsmarine) so-called: 'WH-Dienstauszeichnung der 2. Stufe' (as was intended for 18 years of loyal-service) that came together with its period ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') that has a detailed, bright-siver-toned (Heeres- or: KM-type) eagle-device period-attached and that comes as issued and found. The neat untouched service-award was - I deem - only moderated used- ie. worn (as can be seen on the pictures). The detail on both medal and eagle-device is still very nice and/or truly pronounced as to be expected: both have never been cleaned nor polished and have a very nice ie. truly somewhat 'frosted' age-patina. The loyal-service award came as stated above together with its period piece of typical, blue-coloured ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') that is neatly folded and that measures approximately 18 cms. in length: it was simply never mounted onto the medal but was stored as such together (as can be seen on the pictures). The entire set shows only minimal staining and wear, simply caused by decades of careful storage. Simply an attractive example of a scarcely found WH (Heeres o. Kriegsmarine) related 'Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung 2. Klasse für 18 Jahre Dienstzeit'!
