I recently found two - fully identical and simply never used! - examples of a: HJ- (Hitlerjugend-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was specifically issued to commemorate participation in a HJ-related gathering ie. rally named: 'Jugendfest 1936' being both non-maker-marked examples that come in an overall very nice- (I deem never used- nor worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badges - which are both executed in typical, bronzed-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- or: pot-metal) - truly show extraordinary detail and were certainly never cleaned nor polished: they just show a somewhat tarnished age-patina (and have a fully preserved lacquered surface). The pieces (which are as stated above non-maker-marked) depict an eagle and 'HJ-Raute' coupled with the text: 'Jugendfest 1936' and come mounted onto their (of course still functional) pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). My asking-price is for a single specimen. I deem that I have priced this attractive examples according to their truly nicely preserved- and/or fully untouched, condition!
