The neat - fully matching and actually not that easlily found - WH (Heeres) collar-tabs are based on a 'regular-issued' pair of Heeres 'Einheitskragenspiegel' (piped in the darker-green-coloured (ie. generic!) branchcolour having an equally darker-green-coloured centre-stripe - and come mounted onto a darker-green-coloured and/or woolen based 'backing' to which a white-coloured-, secondary branchcolour ie. 'Nebenfarbe' is added, signifying that the pair once belonged to an official having such a command- ie. administrative post. This white-coloured piping is executed in so-called: 'rayon'-based cloth (as can be seen on the pictures). Both tabs - which are backed with non-identical, buckram-based cloth - are I deem moderately used ie. tunic-removed (they show some the stitching-remains of once having been tunic-attached). Actually, are all these EM-type 'Beamten'-insignia quite hard to encounter: the ones for officials having this (low-grade) function rank most certainly amongst these. Simply an attractive pair of 'Heeres' administration-related WH (Heeres) collar-patches that is with certainty accordingly priced!
