Fully matching pair of NCO-type, so-called: 'Ostvölker' (Luftwaffe-related?) shoulderstraps

The pair is 'off-factory' constructed from a 'standard'-pattern pair of 'regular'- (ie. fully 'text-book'-) so-called 'simplified' ie. 'M44-type'-, WH (Luftwaffe) 'Flieger-/Fallschirmjäger' shoulderstraps having the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured- and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached. The neat straps show a single stripe of silver-coloured- (regular LW-type) NCO-braid off-factory-attached in a vertical manner (almost certainly signifying the NCO-rank) although this could not be full ascertained. Of interest is moreover the fact that both button-holes were applied AFTER the NCO-braid was attached - see pictures). The straps - which measure 9,5 cms. in length each - are in a virtually mint-/unissued condition and were almost certainly intended for usage by one of the foreign voloutreer- ie. 'Ostvölker'- regiments. To date the exact usage or signifigance could not be identified yet. These neat pairs of 'Ostvölker'-related shoulderstraps can easily be graded 'very scarce'.
