This is a neat example of a WH (Heeres) hand-embroidered, trade- ie. special career arm-patch, as intended for usage by a: 'Funkmeister' (or radio-equipment NCO), being an example as executed darker-green coloured wool that is still packed in its 'Cellophan' wrapping-paper, in overall very nice (IMO virtually mint-/unissued-) condition. The patch is as stated neatly hand-embroidered in golden-yellow linnen on a darker-green-coloured and/or woolen-based background. The patch - which has most likely a bluish-grey-coloured and/or linnen-based, reinforced 'backing' as usual - was simply never issued nor used: it originates from the left-overs of an old tailor-shop. The badge does show some minimal age ie. staining caused by years of storage only. Simply a very nice example of a WH 'Funkmeister' trade- ie. special career arm-patch: impossible to upgrade this example!
