I recently encounted two (fully identical!) examples of the nowadays scarcely encountered - and IMO later ie. mid-war period - WH (Heeres) 'Panzer' breast-eagle as specifically intended for usage on the black-coloured 'wrap-around' tunics, both examples as executed in bluish-grey coloured linnen on a black linnen background, in overall very nice (ie. virtually mint-/unissued!) condition. Both pieces have naturally never been trimmed- nor pre-folded and show some slight staining, simply caused by decades of storage only. The price is naturally per single piece. The eagles come as 'straightly cut-of the role' and are fully undamaged: they can naturally easily serve to restore any black-woolen Panzer 'wrap-around' tunic. Simply a very nice replacement-eagle which is nowadays hard to encounter if needed!
