Superb - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless rarely encountered! - early-pattern, WH (Heeres) 'tropical' ie. truly 'DAK'-related, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap, as was intended for a: 'Soldat der Artillerie-Truppen'

This is a truly attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) early-pattern, 'tropical' ie. truly DAK- (or 'Deutsches Afrikakorps'-) related, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - a: 'Soldat der Artillerie-Truppen' (or simple soldier who served within an army artillery-regiment) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11,1 cms. in length - has the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached and comes mounted onto its functional tongue as issued and/or most certainly worn. The strap is in a fully 'text-book' condition and has a typical 'earthen-brown'- ie. mustard- coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck'. The board is also 'backed' with equally-coloured wool, something that is more often encountered with genuine (early-pattern) tropical ie. DAK- (or 'Deutsches Afrikakorps'-) related shoulderstraps. The strap is I deem only minimally worn (it is just somewhat faded ie. slightly stained caused by regular usage) and comes in a truly great condition overall. It has never been cleaned and still shows some dirt ie. staining as caused by years of storage (the piping shows a tiny damamaged area on its top as can be seen on the pictures). As most certainly known are most DAK-shoulderboards offered on todays' market copies: this is naturally a fine and 100% genuine, period piece for which I give a life-time garuantee (as always). Simply a superb - and as most certainly known very rarely encountered! - early tropical-pattern, 'Artillery'-related EM-type shoulderstrap: too bad that it is only a single piece!
